Rules and Tricks: This ability can only be used when you are currently stood on a tile in the Ocean Route area (after Cinnabar Island).
Trivia: Lapras used to grant you a 10% increase to your total Master Points, and it was worth only 10 points itself. This proved quite hard to balance and wasn't very interesting.
